Vinosia Luciano Ercolino operates more than one hundred hectares of which more than 1/3 of the property, and has about six thousand plants per hectare of Fiano di Avellino, Greek di Tufo, Falanghina and Coda di Volpe, Taurasi Aglianico, Merlot and Primitivo di Puglia manduria, and Negramaro. He has created a modern wine-cellar and a cellar for the processing of approximately twelve thousand five hundred hectoliters of wine. He commercialises with its brand around eight hundred thousand bottles. Each plant produces an average of one pound and four ounces of grape. The most widespread form of rearing in their vineyards is a Guyot. The system of vinification occurs by gravity after the grapes are separated from the stems, in the basins of maceration and fermentation. In all areas of winery architecture allows the entry of natural light. In the deepest part of the basement was realised the gallery of aging wine, through the installation of Slavonian oak casks and “pieces” of French origin.
